Job Description
User Acquisition Manager at MCR Media Group driving high-quality traffic for digital products across paid social channels. Collaborating closely with design, product, and analytics teams in a dynamic remote-friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage user acquisition campaigns across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve CPA and ROAS targets
- Develop and implement creative A/B testing strategies
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and analytics teams
- Support growth strategy and contribute to advertising budget planning
- Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the advertising landscape
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar
- Proven experience in performance marketing and user acquisition with a minimum of $100,000 ad spend managed
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with web-to-web funnels is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote setting
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
