Job Description

User Acquisition Manager at MCR Media Group driving high-quality traffic for digital products across paid social channels. Collaborating closely with design, product, and analytics teams in a dynamic remote-friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage user acquisition campaigns across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve CPA and ROAS targets
  • Develop and implement creative A/B testing strategies
  • Collaborate closely with design, product, and analytics teams
  • Support growth strategy and contribute to advertising budget planning
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the advertising landscape

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar
  • Proven experience in performance marketing and user acquisition with a minimum of $100,000 ad spend managed
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with web-to-web funnels is a strong plus
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
