Job Description
UX Project Coordinator supporting the UX team in Manila. Coordinating projects and collaborating with stakeholders for marketing initiatives at Lightspeed Commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives, working closely with senior project managers to manage project briefs, meetings, and follow-ups
- Oversee project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring creative assets are reviewed and approved, and documentation is accurate and up to date
- Act as a key point of contact between marketing stakeholders and creative/production teams, providing regular status updates and ensuring stakeholder feedback is captured and implemented
- Support continuous improvement of project workflows and processes, maintain project management tools, and manage administrative tasks including reporting, documentation, and file organization
Requirements:
- Previous experience in project coordination, project management, or marketing operations
- Proven experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience in creative services, agency operations, or content production workflows is a bonus, but not needed
