Job Description
Vice President of Sales driving BFIS growth for global outsourcing and AI-enabled BPO provider. Winning enterprise deals with regional banks, credit unions, and regulated financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the BFIS go-to-market by building and executing a vertical plan targeting regional/community banks, credit unions, and select fintechs/card issuers
- Build and maintain a new-logo pipeline and lead deals from prospecting to close with executive stakeholders
- Translate contact center/BPO and AI-enabled solutions into clear ROI and business outcomes
- Expand technology sales within existing accounts and partner with product and operations to shape offerings for financial-institution use cases
- Promote nearshore, offshore, and domestic delivery models while addressing regulatory, data residency, and security requirements
- Represent the company at banking and credit union conferences and events and cultivate analyst and influencer relationships
- Maintain prospect databases, forecasts, and territory/account plans
- Collaborate with Communications and Marketing on campaigns and content and lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses
- Support integration of AI/Machine Learning capabilities into the product roadmap and client value propositions
- Champion company values and compliance standards in client interactions
- Deal with clients professionally in accordance with company policies and the Gosling Theory
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in BFIS
- Strong track record selling to regional/community banks and credit unions
- 5+ years selling BPO/CX/CCaaS/AI or adjacent technology-enabled services to regulated financial institutions
- Proven history of winning multi-year, multi-million-dollar deals and meeting or exceeding annual new-logo quotas
- Established executive network within community banks and credit unions and ability to open doors quickly
- Deep understanding of financial-institution operations across customer/member care, collections and recovery, loan servicing, payment operations, fraud/KYC/AML support, and back-office processing
- Knowledge of the customer care industry and the role of BPO companies
- Comfort selling nearshore/offshore delivery
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- College Diploma or University Degree; Business or Technical preferred
- Ability to travel as needed to clients, events, and company meetings
