Job Description
VIP Account Manager providing exceptional support to VIP players for Modo Casino. Collaborating with teams to enhance player experience while managing a dedicated portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of VIP players, building strong relationships.
- Provide support via phone, email, and text, resolving any player concerns.
- Support and drive ongoing promotions and initiatives, enhancing the overall player experience and improving retention.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotional offerings on the Modo.us platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align VIP strategies with the company’s broader goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in the online Social Casino or iGaming industry is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in VIP Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to conduct outreach campaigns that drive engagement and growth
- Expert in player engagement, retention, and loyalty-building strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social casino trends and player behavior.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
