Job Description
Key Account Manager growing Jellycat’s French luxury, hospitality, and cultural partnerships. Managing strategic retail accounts, sales growth, and premium experiential relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key retail accounts as a primary commercial contact within a wholesale environment
- Build relationships across museums, cultural institutions, iconic landmarks, hospitality groups, premium destinations and other experiential partners
- Identify opportunities to grow sales, expand product distribution, and strengthen customer partnerships
- Proactively manage customer enquiries, commercial opportunities, and day-to-day account activity
- Monitor account performance and use data-driven insights to drive growth
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, finance, customer service, and other internal teams
- Visit retailers regularly, conduct range reviews, and build customer relationships in the field
- Represent Jellycat at trade shows and follow up on new business opportunities
- Analyse market trends and recommend product assortment and commercial opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer information, track orders, and provide regular business updates and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Key Account Manager, Business Development or Partnerships role within premium, luxury, hospitality, cultural, retail or wholesale environments
- Experience managing and developing a portfolio of customer accounts
- Track record of delivering commercial growth within an account base or territory
- Strong commercial judgement and confidence in making informed business decisions
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative approach and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- High levels of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence and build trust internally and externally
- Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken
