Job Description

Virtual Assistant managing research and outreach tasks for growth in a nonprofit seniors housing society. Supporting operations and communication with partners in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online research to gather and input relevant information into the property management system.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the data.
  • Call contacts to gather missing information or follow up on business details.
  • Conduct outreach based on outcomes from LinkedIn drip campaigns.
  • Follow up on outreach and research activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendar events, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Help manage ad-hoc projects, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are streamlined.
  • Assist with keeping tasks organized and ensuring no follow-up is missed.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with databases and property management systems (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable making phone calls for business inquiries and gathering information.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to anticipate needs and add value to tasks.
  • Proven experience in research, data entry, and administrative support.
  • Comfortable with task management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and email campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across various projects.
