Job Description
Virtual Assistant role for South African talent supporting UK clients with administrative tasks. Aimed at entry-level candidates, full training provided alongside a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing emails, calendars, and scheduling for UK clients
- Handling data entry, document preparation, and file organisation
- Conducting basic online research and compiling reports
- Responding to client communications professionally and promptly
- Assisting with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and reminders
- Updating spreadsheets, databases, and project tracking tools
- Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- Reliable laptop or desktop computer
- Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home workspace
- Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
