Job Description

Virtual Assistant Trainer delivering live training sessions for job-ready Virtual Assistants. Engaging learners, managing real-time dynamics, and refining training programs collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily live sessions on Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
  • Deliver training modules clearly, breaking down complex concepts into actionable steps.
  • Keep trainees engaged with Q&A, roleplays, interactive discussions, and scenario simulations.
  • Intervene immediately when learners fail to grasp critical concepts.
  • Maintain a high-energy, supportive learning environment.
  • Encourage participation from all trainees, managing different learning styles.
  • Handle real-time questions, objections, and learning blockers without delay.
  • Facilitate hands-on exercises, system walkthroughs (CRM, bookkeeping, AI tools), and scenario-based activities.
  • Observe trainee performance and provide immediate, actionable coaching.
  • Conduct knowledge checks (quizzes, recaps, drills) to ensure retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training, teaching, or facilitation (BPO, VA, or corporate training).
  • Comfortable running live virtual classes without step-by-step direction.
  • Ability to intervene in real time when trainees struggle.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • High-energy, confident presence; patient, adaptable, and coaching-focused.
  • Basic familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, CRM systems, bookkeeping tools, and AI applications.
