Job Description

Virtual Assistant creating Amazon listings, researching keywords, and managing PPC campaigns. Collaborating with internal teams and troubleshooting errors for an e-commerce company.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update listings
  • Research keywords
  • Manage PPC campaigns
  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Troubleshoot errors
  • Work with support teams
  • Collaborate with various internal teams and third parties

Requirements:

  • You have experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • You’re proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (basic knowledge needed)
  • You can skim through data and find relevant attributes
  • Knowledge of Helium10 and Keepa is a plus
  • You have additional knowledge of Amazon Stores, Virtual Bundles, and the shipment process is a plus
  • You’re reliable and able to meet deadlines
  • You’re comfortable doing repetitive and routine tasks
  • You’re detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
