Job Description
Virtual Assistant supporting a team at Cash Offer Kentucky in a fast-paced real estate environment. Managing schedules, client communication, and various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and reminders for team members.
- Handle communication with clients through email, phone, and chat.
- Assist with the preparation of documents and presentations.
- Maintain and organize digital files and databases.
- Perform research and provide information as needed for ongoing projects.
- Support various teams with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to improving processes for better efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and time management skills.
