Job Description

Virtual Assistant role focusing on administrative support for U.S.-based firms with flexible, fully remote work arrangements. Involves scheduling, document management, and client communication tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including email and calendar management
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and virtual calls across time zones
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Manage data entry, file organization, and digital record-keeping
  • Assist with client communications and follow-ups as needed
  • Support internal projects, task tracking, and deadlines
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure operational efficiency
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities
  • Proficient in common business tools (e.g., email, calendars, document platforms)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based firms or professionals (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, or legal/business software (Preferred)
  • Experience with invoicing, billing support, or basic bookkeeping assistance (Preferred)
  • Background in professional services (law, consulting, healthcare, or corporate environments) (Preferred)
