Job Description
VP of Principal Consulting leading strategic consulting projects and driving enterprise growth at PerkinElmer. Responsible for executive client relationships and new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as executive sponsor and strategic advisor on high-impact, multi-year client programs
- Build and sustain C-suite relationships
- Lead strategic account planning
- Personally deliver and influence $2M–$3M+ in annual revenue through direct delivery and opportunity origination
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Practice Leaders to develop go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline (OR a combination of equivalent experience in CQV engineering, cGMP facility start-up, project management and/or comparable military experience)
- 15+ years in life sciences, biotech, or technical consulting with a proven track record of executive-level impact
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide initiatives and managing complex client portfolios.
- Deep experience in consultative selling, pricing strategy, and P&L accountability.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams across geographies and disciplines.
