Job Description
Associate Workday Developer supporting Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules in Workday ecosystem. Collaborating with HR and Finance to deliver scalable solutions and optimize functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance stakeholders
- Design, configure, and support Workday solutions
- Configure and optimize Workday business processes
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of Workday releases
- Troubleshoot system issues and support end users
- Prepare and manage Excel files and EIB loads for mass data changes
- Assist with data loads associated with special initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Workday Payroll
- Strong hands-on Workday Payroll configuration skills
- Detailed experience with Workday’s Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Functional experience with mass data changes/uploads
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Workday training and/or certifications are desirable but not required
