Job Description
Workforce Manager managing scheduling, forecasting, and reporting at Peak Support. Ensuring service level agreements are met while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Directly manage the scheduling, forecasting, and reporting functions
- Ensure service level agreements across all projects are met or exceeded
- Develop, implement, and maintain effective workforce management strategies
- Forecast workload and staffing needs
- Create and manage scheduling plans
- Monitor, analyze and report on key performance metrics
- Provide coaching and training to staff
- Manage employee performance, attendance, and adherence
Requirements:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Work alongside your Sr Director and Workforce manager, leads and associates
- Eradicate any inaccuracies and inefficiencies
