Job Description

Workforce Manager managing scheduling, forecasting, and reporting at Peak Support. Ensuring service level agreements are met while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage the scheduling, forecasting, and reporting functions
  • Ensure service level agreements across all projects are met or exceeded
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective workforce management strategies
  • Forecast workload and staffing needs
  • Create and manage scheduling plans
  • Monitor, analyze and report on key performance metrics
  • Provide coaching and training to staff
  • Manage employee performance, attendance, and adherence

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Work alongside your Sr Director and Workforce manager, leads and associates
  • Eradicate any inaccuracies and inefficiencies
