Job Description
Recruiting & HR Consulting with Talentspring focusing on strategic recruiting and supporting clients. Engaging in real projects and learning in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities:
- You analyze the market, develop your own sourcing strategies, and identify suitable talent.
- You support our project managers operationally and strategically in recruiting processes.
- You conduct initial interviews independently and guide candidates through the process.
- You develop creative digital talent-sourcing methods — from direct outreach to social media recruiting.
Requirements:
- You are an enrolled student — ideally with some experience in recruiting, HR, or project management.
- You want to learn, take on responsibility, and gain practical recruiting experience.
- You work in a structured way, think proactively, and contribute your own ideas.
- You communicate confidently — in conversations, on calls, and in writing.
- You speak very good German and good English.
