Job Description
Account Coordinator working with Siemens Accounts and key clients in EMEA. Managing client relationships and supporting client success programs to drive adoption and satisfaction with the Positive Intelligence platform.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as main point of contact with company representatives and administrators
- Partner with company representatives to develop plans to increase participation
- Manage portfolio of projects to ensure outstanding client needs are met
- Create, monitor, and synthesize results from program surveys
- Offer support to clients with low adoption metrics
- Coordinate participation in client webinars and special events
Requirements:
- 2+ years of client relationship management experience
- Familiar with the Positive Intelligence program
- Ability to lead and manage projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in various cloud-based applications (Google documents, project management applications, CRM, etc.)
