Job Description
Senior Lifecycle Marketing Account Manager at Red Antler leading lifecycle marketing strategy for brands across DTC, B2B, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Own multiple client relationships as the primary Fat Earth point of contact
- Develop sophisticated lifecycle marketing strategies
- Lead communications planning across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging
- Define and evolve sending strategy, list health practices, segmentation logic, and automation infrastructure
- Build, manage, and optimize subscription and loyalty program touchpoints
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and implement learnings
- Partner with the Director of Lifecycle and other teams to deliver high-quality work
- Stay current on industry trends and bring relevant thinking back to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of lifecycle marketing experience at an agency or brand
- Direct, hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Deep experience with at least one additional ESP, Klaviyo strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience crafting and implementing push and in-app messaging strategies
- Demonstrated experience managing subscription and loyalty program strategy and execution
- Strong understanding of the full growth funnel
- Sharp analytical skills and comfort with performance reporting
- Excellent communicator with strong project management skills
