Job Description

Account Director managing strategic telecommunications clients for Vesta, focusing on payment strategies and growth. Serving as a trusted advisor to improve transaction success and reduce fraud.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the customer relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts in telecommunications.
  • Act as a strategic payments advisor.
  • Develop and execute account plans that expand relationships.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams to deliver solutions.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and present performance metrics.
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or customer success with enterprise clients.
  • Strong background in payments, fintech, or fraud prevention.
  • Proven track record of growing and expanding strategic accounts through consultative selling and value-based partnerships.
  • Excellent relationship builder.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights.
  • Skilled communicator and presenter, able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
