Job Description
Account Executive at Silo enhancing agricultural supply chain efficiency while driving customer growth. Engage with produce businesses to provide solutions and build relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in growing our customer base
- Work directly with produce businesses, wholesalers, distributors, and shippers to understand their challenges
- Demonstrate and sell value to key stakeholders across fast moving as well as complex sales cycles
- Track all opportunity and customer details in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in internal strategic meetings, research, and product development
- Travel within your territory and surrounding cities as needed (1 week per month in assigned territory)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technology sales experience (FinTech, SaaS, payments, etc.)
- 2 years produce or agricultural experience required
- Consistent track record of success & quota attainment
- Superior verbal, written, negotiation, and time management skills
- Team player with proven ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Proactive and able to command respect through integrity, intelligence, and hard work
- Proficient using modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Chorus, Zoominfo, etc.)
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
