Job Description

Account Executive responsible for driving sales across Central and Eastern Europe for ISC2 products. Working with enterprises and government agencies to achieve strategic workforce development goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed annual revenue target
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy within the Central and EE
  • Build in-region presence and drive revenue growth
  • Engage with key stakeholders in the market to position ISC2 as a credible partner
  • Leverage insight selling and commercial teaching techniques
  • Educate and influence senior decision-makers
  • Identify and develop new accounts while growing engagement from existing accounts
  • Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities using Salesforce CRM
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports as required
  • Collaborate with sales teams across the organization
  • Support ISC2 presence at industry events

Requirements:

  • German language proficiency is required for this role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales goals in excess of $1 million
  • Excellent new business development, account management, expansion and renewal skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills in English
  • Skilled at leveraging Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn, and other tools across the entire sales lifecycle
  • Proven track record in negotiation and influencing
  • Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office
