Job Description

Account Executive - Enterprise driving growth and closing complex sales deals for Freshworks. Managing strategic and enterprise accounts with C-level executives and technical decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute territory strategies to win new enterprise business, expand market presence
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives
  • Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and others
  • Develop and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10+ years in quota-carrying, closing SaaS sales roles focused on enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, medium-to-long enterprise sales cycles
  • Skilled in prospecting, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting
  • Strong solution-selling skills with the ability to listen and understand customer challenges
  • Collaborative and analytical with a customer-first mindset
