Job Description
Account Executive focused on full-cycle sales management for a remote team. Utilizing AI tools and maintaining CRM for effective sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and qualify new prospects.
- Reach out to leads via email, text, or calls.
- Follow up with “lost” leads from previous campaigns to maximize opportunities.
- Maintain and update the CRM consistently.
- Track all interactions, tasks, and follow-ups.
- Manage the entire sales process: outreach → discovery → demos → closing.
- Execute sales strategies and campaigns effectively.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for automation and efficiency.
- Support other sales-related tasks as needed (e.g., generating reports, following up on marketing campaigns).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales pipeline management (preferably full-cycle).
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with AI-enabled tools and adaptable to new CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
