Job Description
Account Executive at BCD Travel managing small to medium size accounts with a focus on customer service. Supporting Global Account Managers and ensuring client satisfaction in travel services and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium size accounts
- Support a Global Account Manager with one account in core client-facing responsibilities
- Customer service, data preparation and analysis, business plan and customer metrics management
- Monitor customer feedback to identify and resolve issues
- Review and resolve discrepancies, i.e. credit card reconciliation
- Work with customers to either develop a business plan or support the execution of the plan, when applicable
Requirements:
- Experience in Quality/Account management methodology and Customer Service
- Working with CRM tools and thorough knowledge of appropriate technology enablers
- Analyze and develop plans specific to client needs from a project experience standpoint
- A history of working in a customer facing or expanded operational role in Energy, Resource and Marine Travel segment
- Knowledge of project management and BCD Travel Products and Services
- Extensive knowledge of travel industry dynamics obtained through agency or procurement experience as well as business analysis and financial acumen
- Good command of the English language
- Knowledgeable in travel industry client technology tools
- You have a College, Associate, or University degree or equivalent experience
