Job Description

Account Executive responsible for B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing at AI Safety startup. Develop relationships with technical and executive teams for product adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through close and expansion
  • Develop relationships with AI leaders, engineering teams, platform teams, security teams, and executive stakeholders
  • Run product demos and help customers understand how White Circle fits into their AI stack
  • Navigate complex buying processes involving technical teams, legal, procurement, and executive decision-makers
  • Identify high-value use cases and guide customers through evaluation and deployment
  • Work closely with CEO on strategic opportunities
  • Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Help develop the messaging, sales process, and playbooks that will support future growth
  • Drive pipeline, revenue, and customer adoption

Requirements:

  • Has experience selling technical B2B software to enterprise customers
  • Can quickly understand complex technical products and communicate their value clearly
  • Is comfortable speaking with both engineers and executives
  • Can operate effectively without established playbooks or rigid processes
  • Has strong commercial instincts and excellent communication skills
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve quickly
  • Is fluent in English
  • A big plus if you have sold AI, infrastructure, developer tools, cybersecurity, cloud, or platform products
  • Have been an early sales hire at a startup
  • Have experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or in another technical role
  • Have founded a company or built something from scratch
