Job Description
Account Executive managing relationships with incorporadoras for Órulo, a B2B tech platform in the real estate market. Driving partnerships and improving distribution performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings with real estate developers (inbound leads, internal referrals, and opportunities generated by the team)
- Develop relationships with decision-makers (executive leadership, commercial management, partnerships, product and marketing), navigating multiple stakeholders
- Understand the developer’s commercial stage and prompt reflections that help mature the partnerships and distribution operation
- Present the Distribuição Avançada (DA) as Órulo’s main solution and demonstrate how it applies to the client’s reality
- Lead negotiation and closing with clear scope, timelines, and expectations
- Maintain the commercial relationship consistently, helping the account evolve and staying close to leadership
- Maintain a strong CRM routine: organized pipeline, clear next steps, follow-up cadence, and intelligent recording of negotiations
- Work collaboratively with pre-sales, marketing, the activation team and other internal areas to ensure consistent account management
Requirements:
- Experience in consultative, relationship-driven B2B sales (sales cycles involving decision-makers and multiple stakeholders)
- Comfortable speaking with directors and partners
- Good sense of commercial timing and ability to guide conversations to a decision with maturity
- Clear and concise communication, focused on value and results
- Discipline and organization in pipeline management, with consistent use of CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Bitrix or similar)
- Ability to learn quickly about technology, data, and the commercial dynamics of the real estate market
- Prior experience in the real estate market or B2B SaaS is a plus, but not required
