Job Description

Account Executive responsible for closing sales of business solutions with merchants in Phoenix. Collaborating with district managers and leveraging CRM platforms for lead generation and appointment setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Your role as a SRM is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area.
  • You will work closely with your local District Manager to set appointments with business owners in person via your network and referral partnerships that you build.
  • You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Global Payments Point of Sale solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.
  • During the training period, your District Manager will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our CRM platforms Atlas and Salesforce, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • This position requires regular driving to visit client sites; therefore, a valid driver's license is necessary
  • Live in area relative to job posting location
  • Ability to be in the field, a minimum of 75% of the time
  • High school diploma/GED
  • At least two years of relevant experience
