Job Description
Account Executive driving new logo and strategic sales growth for Netrix Global’s Managed IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity portfolio. Engaging with senior leaders in enterprise organizations to deliver tailored IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through close to generate new business across Managed IT Services, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Microsoft 365, and Cybersecurity solutions
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other executive stakeholders
- Partner with solution architects, cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and field CTOs to develop tailored solutions
- Influence digital transformation initiatives by aligning Netrix services to business outcomes such as operational efficiency, resilience, and scalability
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals spanning cloud, security, data strategy, and managed services
- Collaborate with delivery and product teams to create proposals, value roadmaps, and implementation strategies
- Maintain a strong understanding of cloud ecosystems, modern security frameworks, and managed services trends
- Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations to technical and business audiences
- Contribute to sales strategies and territory plans across multiple industries
Requirements:
- 5–10+ years of new business (“hunter”) sales experience in IT consulting or technology services
- College degree (BA, BBA, BS); technical sales certifications a plus and will consider relevant work experience if non-degreed.
- Proven success selling cloud, managed services, infrastructure, or professional services solutions
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota and closing complex technology deals
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience supporting organizations through cloud modernization, digital transformation, or security initiatives
- CRM experience, managing accounts in Salesforce a plus
- Must know the competition; and be aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.
- Excellent executive presence, presentation skills with strong experience in delivering presentations that have been well received by internal and external audiences including senior management and clients.
