Job Description
Account Executive focusing on net-new client acquisitions for HubSpot's largest clients. Managing the full sales lifecycle and building relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- focus on net-new client acquisitions
- manage the day-to-day activities throughout the sales lifecycle including appointment setting, contract drafting, follow ups, and initial technical screenings
- relationship building with multiple stakeholders and orchestrating evaluation process alongside technical experts
- prospect engagement: scheduling appointments, conducting initial consultations, and managing the sales process from end-to-end
- maintain a single source of truth for all pipeline activity to ensure accurate forecasting and operational clarity
- drive high-quality, qualified deals by focusing on business value, alignment, and robust qualification using the BANT and MEDDPICC frameworks
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years experience in a B2B sales role, selling software & enterprise professional services
- Expertise in CRM software: HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Familiar with MEDDPICC qualification methodology
- Mastery in building relationships with executive leadership teams, champions, decision-makers
- Completed Formal Sales Training (i.e., Sandler, Challenger)
- Friendly and Enthusiastic
