Job Description
Account Executive driving new subscription ARR from wellness practices at Practice Better. Lead sales process from pipeline generation through close while collaborating cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
- Own a full-cycle quota, driving new subscription ARR from growing wellness practices
- Build and manage your pipeline through thoughtful outbound prospecting
- Lead consultative discovery with practitioners and clinic owners
- Deliver tailored demos connecting Practice Better’s platform to real outcomes
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying cycles confidently
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Assist, Customer Success, and Product
- Help shape the sales playbook
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- Consistent quota achievement in pipeline generation and deal execution
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Experience working in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Familiarity with modern prospecting and sales enablement tools
- Must be a clear communicator and strong collaborator
- Curious, analytical, and adaptable
