Job Description

Account Executive driving new subscription ARR from wellness practices at Practice Better. Lead sales process from pipeline generation through close while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a full-cycle quota, driving new subscription ARR from growing wellness practices
  • Build and manage your pipeline through thoughtful outbound prospecting
  • Lead consultative discovery with practitioners and clinic owners
  • Deliver tailored demos connecting Practice Better’s platform to real outcomes
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder buying cycles confidently
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Assist, Customer Success, and Product
  • Help shape the sales playbook

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
  • Consistent quota achievement in pipeline generation and deal execution
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Experience working in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with modern prospecting and sales enablement tools
  • Must be a clear communicator and strong collaborator
  • Curious, analytical, and adaptable
