Job Description

Account Executive supporting management of partnership assets across a global sponsorship portfolio. Focused on ticketing assets and stakeholder relationship management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • support the management of all partnership assets across a global sponsorship portfolio.
  • take full ownership of ticketing assets and processes.
  • day-to-day relationship management with stakeholders.
  • ensure all contractual assets are optimized to meet client business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Ticketing Support: You'll serve as the primary point of contact for ticketing-related inquiries and processes.
  • Partnership Activation: support the management partnership assets across the full marketing spectrum.
  • Account Administration: manage agendas, craft insightful reports, maintain real-time status trackers.
  • Collaboration: comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams and external partners.
  • Communication: communicate clearly and concisely, experience presenting decks.
  • Self-Starter: anticipate the needs of clients and internal partners.
