Job Description
Account Manager collaborating on automation projects and driving customer solutions at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. Supporting transitions to new workflows and ensuring high customer satisfaction in Croatia.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site and virtual product expert
- Deliver consultative support to customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Drive adoption of automated solutions
- Design and implement value‑driven workflow solutions
- Provide dedicated on-site presence during solution implementation
- Monitor key commercial and operational indicators
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Chemistry, Biomedicine, Clinical Laboratory Sciences or Medical Technology
- Strong understanding of the IVD market and laboratory workflows
- Proven ability to build and expand customer relationships
- Experience supporting complex solution implementations
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Fluency in Croatian and English
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with flexibility to travel extensively across Croatia
