Job Description

Partner Manager managing strategic partnerships and ensuring compliance for OpenEd. Fostering long-term relationships and ensuring operational excellence within education fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, fostering long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities
  • Student Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate student records (enrollment, attendance, grades) while ensuring full compliance with state/federal regulations including FERPA
  • Enrollment Operations: Coordinate seamless student enrollment and registration processes, including new enrollments, transfers, and withdrawals
  • Data Management & Reporting: Generate weekly, monthly, and yearly reports for internal and external needs while preparing documentation for state and district audits
