Job Description

Account Manager driving sales for Pall Corporation's Energy+ technologies in Refinery and Oil & Gas industries. Responsible for executing sales strategies and developing client relationships in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets as assigned by Energy+ management.
  • Drive business expansion by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users and customer management.
  • Promote all Pall technologies and capabilities, including Pall filters, coalescers, and housings in the Energy+ markets.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact customer capacity expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales and strategic teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful sales completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams within Pall (Field Application Specialists, Scientific & Laboratory Services, Marketing, Product Management, Inside Sales, etc.) to develop and implement effective sales strategies that address customers’ needs promptly and secure sales opportunities.
  • Report and communicate all high-value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management through SFDC and Energy+ standard work.
  • Maintain a strong, regular customer presence with multiple daily high-level face-to-face customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical or General Industrial industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (preferably in mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or technical degree) or equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience in consumables sales as well as capital equipment is desired.
  • Ability to travel – minimum 75% travel (including overnight travel, as applicable).
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb.
