Job Description
Key Account Manager for Contigo Energie AG in NRW. Focused on sales and customer relationship management in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Active acquisition of new customers – in person, by phone and digitally
- Conduct targeted needs analyses to identify customer potential
- Professional contract negotiations in the area of services and energy supply
- Independent planning and execution of customer appointments
- Maintenance and sustainable development of existing customer relationships
- Regular customer visits and expansion of the customer base with customer-focused solutions
Requirements:
- Relevant professional experience
- Strong hunter mentality for identifying new business opportunities
- Demonstrable sales successes and a confident presence at decision‑maker level
- Strong communication skills, negotiation expertise, and convincing written expression
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
