Job Description
Account Manager providing strategic account management for SMB to Enterprise customers with Comcast Business. Develop revenue strategies while ensure customer relationship satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic account management for SMB to Enterprise customers.
- Upsell, cross sell and retain existing customer base.
- Develop sales penetration strategy for account portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales support for customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2-5 Years relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of customer relationships
- Excellent sales skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary
