Junior Account Manager supporting Amazon and mail-order pharmacy retail media campaigns. Helping pharmaceutical brands grow through data-driven advertising and client management at eBazaaris.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop existing clients in the Amazon and mail-order pharmacy sectors
  • Support the implementation of retail media strategies, including campaign briefings, monitoring, and reporting
  • Collaborate closely with the Advertising, Content, Operations, and BI teams
  • Contribute to developing growth opportunities, such as cross-sell and upsell ideas
  • Organize timelines and prepare for client meetings
  • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions, project reviews, and industry updates

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of initial professional experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or media—for example through internships, working student positions, or an initial full-time role
  • Interest in digital project management and data-driven marketing
  • Basic understanding of online advertising; experience with Google, Meta, or Amazon is a plus but not required
  • Analytical mindset, structured working style, and enthusiasm for learning new tools
  • Excellent German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with clients and internal teams
  • Proficiency with office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

Benefits:

  • Flat hierarchies and close collaboration with experienced colleagues
  • Remote-first approach and modern tools—you work flexibly and digitally
  • Structured professional development with a clear path toward an Account Manager role
  • Access to an exciting growth market spanning pharmaceuticals, Amazon, and mail-order pharmacies
  • Open feedback culture and a focus on personal development rather than corporate bureaucracy
  • Discounted Urban Sports Club membership
