Job Description

Account Manager role focusing on growth in the Italian iGaming market. Managing relationships with Italian licensed operators and analyzing market strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and develop relationships with Italian licensed operators
  • Manage commercial performance and long-term growth of assigned accounts
  • Analyze game performance, player behavior, and market trends in Italy
  • Support and optimize game launches, promotions, and portfolio positioning within ADM regulations
  • Identify market opportunities and recommend local market strategies to increase penetration
  • Act as the key liaison between Italian partners and internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, BI)
  • Ensure full alignment with Italian regulatory requirements while driving commercial outcomes
  • Prepare performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming B2B, ideally with exposure to the Italian regulated market
  • Strong understanding of ADM regulation and its impact on game content and commercialization
  • Proven experience in account management, market management, or commercial strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
  • Ability to combine relationship management with structured, strategic thinking
  • Mandatory: Italian – native
  • English – fluent
