Job Description
Analista de contas a pagar na Ânima Educação, organização brasileira de ensino. Processamento de notas, pagamentos, conciliações bancárias e relatórios financeiros em regime 100% remoto.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify and record invoices, boletos (payment slips) and other fiscal and financial documents
- Schedule and process payments to suppliers, service providers, taxes and general expenses
- Monitor due dates and ensure payments are made on time
- Perform bank reconciliations and accounts payable reconciliations
- Verify documents for fiscal, accounting and financial compliance
- Assist suppliers with payment-related inquiries
- Support financial and accounting month-end close by providing information and reports
- Update supplier records and bank details
- Organize and file physical and electronic departmental documents
- Assist in preparing financial reports and key performance indicators
- Comply with internal policies, procedures and financial controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields
- Previous experience in accounts payable or financial operations
- Knowledge of invoice posting and verification
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and payment control
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Protheus, TOTVS, RM, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of fiscal and tax legislation applicable to accounts payable routines
