Job Description
Administrative Assistant handling operational support for customer success within a fintech company. Assisting in reports, sales tracking, and customer inquiries via multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales department.
- Collaborate with Managers to complete various daily tasks
- Help generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Track daily sales and ensure formulas (google spreadsheet) are scripted accurately
- Fund sales using Salesforce and various software.
- Assist in cancellations and customer portfolios.
- Reply to customer inquiries via live chat, text, and email
- Make necessary adjustments to customer's accounts (ie payment adjustments, apply e-transfers, update banking)
- Listen and process voicemails to the correct departments
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years in telecommunications preferably in a BPO - with North American Accounts
- Advance proficiency and knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets
- Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset
- Result-oriented and creative
- A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience
- Comfortable with multitasking while maintaining attention to detail
