Job Description

Administrative Assistant handling operational support for customer success within a fintech company. Assisting in reports, sales tracking, and customer inquiries via multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales department.
  • Collaborate with Managers to complete various daily tasks
  • Help generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Track daily sales and ensure formulas (google spreadsheet) are scripted accurately
  • Fund sales using Salesforce and various software.
  • Assist in cancellations and customer portfolios.
  • Reply to customer inquiries via live chat, text, and email
  • Make necessary adjustments to customer's accounts (ie payment adjustments, apply e-transfers, update banking)
  • Listen and process voicemails to the correct departments

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years in telecommunications preferably in a BPO - with North American Accounts
  • Advance proficiency and knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset
  • Result-oriented and creative
  • A diploma or degree and/or a combination of relevant experience
  • Comfortable with multitasking while maintaining attention to detail
