Job Description

Administrative Virtual Assistant supporting the Business Partner in a design-build general contracting firm. Managing schedules, emails, and various administrative tasks remotely with flexibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully manage and maintain the Business Partner’s calendar
  • Sort, respond to, and manage emails on behalf of the Business Partner
  • Handle various administrative, clerical, and operational tasks
  • Perform daily admin tasks inside company systems
  • Assist with project-related tasks without managing projects
  • Provide administrative follow-up to ensure tasks move forward smoothly

Requirements:

  • Junior to Senior Level experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong calendar management discipline
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Experience with Go High Level, Job Trend, Google Chat
  • Knowledge of general administrative tools
