Job Description
Operations Assistant supporting various tasks in administrative, marketing, and commercial areas. Geeker Company specializes in technological solutions with a focus on automation and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support the organization and monitoring of projects and client interactions
- Assist in managing schedules, requests, and internal communications
- Create content for blogs, email marketing, and social media with AI assistance and structured prompts
- Review and edit texts to ensure clarity and quality
- Create simple graphics in Canva to support content
- Organize and execute email marketing sends
- Support the planning and execution of campaigns
- Make initial contacts with leads (calls and WhatsApp)
- Help organize commercial and client information
- Provide general day-to-day operational support
Requirements:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills (especially for calls and messages)
- Proactive (doesn't wait for instructions for everything)
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong writing skills and critical judgment for reviewing content
- Experience with administrative tasks or customer service (a plus)
- Prior exposure to sales or prospecting (a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Canva (a plus)
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) (a plus)
- Interest in technology and business (a plus)
