Job Description
Administrative Assistant supporting HR and Training functions at The Center for Wound Healing. Responsible for onboarding, compliance maintenance, and employee engagement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding, HR records and compliance maintenance
- Coordinate credentialing setup for all new employees
- Collect and organize new hire training plan documents
- Assist with virtual orientation meetings for new hires
- Manage the 90-day review process
- Maintain accurate employee credentialing records
- Track staff compliance requirements
- Conduct quarterly all-staff email audits
- Assist with ADP's Learning Management System (LMS) tasks
- Support coordination of internal training programs
- Process scrub orders and assist with additional HR tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar support role
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
