Job Description

Administrative Assistant supporting HR and Training functions at The Center for Wound Healing. Responsible for onboarding, compliance maintenance, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding, HR records and compliance maintenance
  • Coordinate credentialing setup for all new employees
  • Collect and organize new hire training plan documents
  • Assist with virtual orientation meetings for new hires
  • Manage the 90-day review process
  • Maintain accurate employee credentialing records
  • Track staff compliance requirements
  • Conduct quarterly all-staff email audits
  • Assist with ADP's Learning Management System (LMS) tasks
  • Support coordination of internal training programs
  • Process scrub orders and assist with additional HR tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar support role
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
