Job Description
Entry-level Administrative Assistant role for South African talent providing support to UK businesses. Fully remote work with comprehensive training and pathways to growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for UK-based team members
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate digital records
- Respond to routine enquiries and coordinate with internal teams
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
