Job Description
Executive Assistant supporting the CEO of AWA and PRC in managing schedules and operational tasks. Requires bilingual skills in English and Spanish with strong Excel proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Co-CEO's calendar, appointments, and scheduling across multiple priorities
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing gets missed
- Build and maintain Excel trackers, reports, and operational spreadsheets
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and recap summaries for internal meetings
- Draft and organize correspondence, memos, and internal communications
- Coordinate with department leads and clinical directors across AWA and PRC locations
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects as directed
- Communicate professionally on behalf of executive leadership in both English and Spanish
Requirements:
- 2+ years in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations support role
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — written and verbal — required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Reliable, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information
- Proactive communicator who follows through without being chased
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health a plus, not required
- Positive, team-first attitude — someone who takes pride in making others' work easier
