Job Description
Join Sabesp as an Administrative Assistant. Manage procurement processes to optimize costs for operational services in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act on resolving internal and external requests by handling pending lists, analyzing processes and invoices, and verifying documentation to ensure compliance.
- Provide support across multiple channels, addressing inquiries that require detailed analysis and follow-up actions.
- Respond to customer communications and inquiries.
- Prepare training materials and participate in audits of interactions and processes to ensure quality and efficiency in service delivery.
- Provide continuous support to clients, contributing to workflow optimization and enhancing the user experience.
- Support service delivery to strategic clients such as construction companies, real estate agencies and government entities, ensuring personalized and efficient service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Driver's license (CNH) preferred.
