Job Description

Administrative Assistant providing support for e-commerce tasks remotely. Responsible for administrative duties, data entry, and updating product information.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and email handling
  • Update and maintain product pricing and information in company systems
  • Provide support to the operations team with order processing and reporting
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records across systems and files
  • Liaise with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
  • Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as required

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role (essential)
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (essential)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach
  • Exposure to inventory management systems such as Cin7 (bonus, not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
