Job Description
Administrative Assistant providing support for e-commerce tasks remotely. Responsible for administrative duties, data entry, and updating product information.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and email handling
- Update and maintain product pricing and information in company systems
- Provide support to the operations team with order processing and reporting
- Assist with maintaining accurate records across systems and files
- Liaise with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
- Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as required
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative role (essential)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (essential)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach
- Exposure to inventory management systems such as Cin7 (bonus, not essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
