Assistente Administrativo supporting operational activities in IT solutions company with a focus on finance and administration tasks. Handling invoices, payment records, and maintaining information accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the department's operational activities
  • Enter and post invoices
  • Monitor fees and tariffs
  • Record payments
  • Track incoming and outgoing transactions
  • Ensure information is organized and accurate
  • Meet established deadlines

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office / Excel
