Job Description

Airline Key Account Manager responsible for maintaining and growing key accounts at 3M. Engaging with assigned airlines and leading sales strategies for aerospace products.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining and growing the assigned Key Accounts
  • Responsible for 3M TEBG product sales to the assigned Key Accounts
  • Lead TEBG Strategy for engagement with assigned airlines
  • Implements key account strategies
  • Determine strategy, sales approach, customer engagement plan
  • Supports business group initiatives
  • Willingness to travel globally to support Key Accounts
  • Driving a company vehicle, with pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Eight (8) years of aerospace industry sales in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • Master's degree at an accredited institution (additional)
  • Ten (10) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment (additional)
  • Skills include Negotiation, Strong Influencing skills, CRM Skills, Proven experience managing cross functional teams, Substantial experience in aerospace sales.
