Job Description
Appointment Setter providing remote receptionist services for a busy dental practice. Managing patient inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks in a dynamic remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle warm inbound and outbound patient calls
- Contact new leads promptly after inquiry submission
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately
- Conduct ongoing follow up calls for leads and existing patients
- Provide professional virtual receptionist and front desk support
- Answer scheduling and patient related inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, call logs, and appointment updates
- Follow internal workflows, SOPs, and communication standards
Requirements:
- 3+ years of strong experience in appointment setting, virtual reception, customer service, patient coordination, or high volume phone support roles
- Strong conversational English skills with a clear, neutral American accent required
- Excellent listening, rapport building, and multitasking abilities
- Experience handling scheduling, lead follow ups, CRM updates, and administrative workflows with minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and customer service skills in a fast paced environment
- High reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism when handling patient interactions
- Experience using CRM systems and communication platforms - GoHighLevel (GHL), (required)
- Previous dental or healthcare experience is a plus, though not required
- Comfortable following scripts naturally and professionally
- High volume outbound and lead qualification skills. Must be able to educate and build trust easily sales background
