Job Description

Appointment Setter for pre-qualified warm leads at a growing organization serving high-net-worth clients. Managing calls and scheduling for senior sales representatives while ensuring smooth client onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact warm, pre-qualified inbound leads
  • Manage a high daily call volume in a structured environment
  • Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
  • Assist new clients through onboarding in Tribexa
  • Conduct Zoom calls to walk clients through deal documents and system access

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of appointment-setting experience
  • Strong experience handling warm outbound calls
  • Experience working with high-value or financial clients is a plus
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) strongly preferred
  • Experience using Zoom for client-facing onboarding
