Job Description
Appointment Setter for pre-qualified warm leads at a growing organization serving high-net-worth clients. Managing calls and scheduling for senior sales representatives while ensuring smooth client onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Contact warm, pre-qualified inbound leads
- Manage a high daily call volume in a structured environment
- Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
- Assist new clients through onboarding in Tribexa
- Conduct Zoom calls to walk clients through deal documents and system access
Requirements:
- 2+ years of appointment-setting experience
- Strong experience handling warm outbound calls
- Experience working with high-value or financial clients is a plus
- Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) strongly preferred
- Experience using Zoom for client-facing onboarding
